Services Offered
Carnival Studios provides professional wedding and baby photography services in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India. Our services include but are not limited to pre-wedding shoots, wedding day coverage, post-wedding sessions, and baby photography sessions.

Booking and Payments
Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, which is 30% of the total package price. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the delivery of the final products.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. Detailed payment instructions will be provided upon booking.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 30 days in advance. The deposit will not be refunded, but it can be applied to a future booking within one year of the original booking date.

Responsibilities and Obligations
Client Responsibilities: Clients must ensure that all necessary permissions and access to locations are secured in advance. Clients should inform us of any specific shots or moments they want to be captured.

Studio Responsibilities: Carnival Studios will provide professional photography services, including necessary equipment and skilled photographers. We will ensure timely delivery of the agreed-upon deliverables.

Image Delivery and Usage
Delivery Timeline: Final edited images will be delivered within 4-6 weeks of the event date. A preview gallery will be available within 2 weeks.

Image Format: Images will be provided in high-resolution digital format. Additional formats or physical prints can be requested at an extra cost.

Usage Rights: Carnival Studios retains the copyright to all images. Clients are granted personal use rights for sharing and printing. Commercial use of the images requires prior written consent from Carnival Studios.

Social Media Sharing: Clients may share the images on social media, provided that credit is given to Carnival Studios. We reserve the right to use the images for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms.

Limitations and Liabilities
Event Changes: Carnival Studios is not responsible for any changes in the event schedule or location that may affect the quality or coverage of the photography.

Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, illness, or other emergencies, Carnival Studios will make every effort to find a suitable replacement photographer or reschedule the session.

Liability: Carnival Studios is not liable for any damages, loss, or injury that may occur during the photography sessions. Clients are responsible for their own safety and that of their guests.

Privacy and Confidentiality
Client Information: All personal information provided by the client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing photography services.

Image Privacy: If clients do not wish their images to be used for promotional purposes, they must inform Carnival Studios in writing prior to the event.

Amendments and Changes
Carnival Studios reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
